JK Physio, Physiotherapy Clinics in Orpington, Sevenoaks and Chichester.
Physiotherapy is the treatment and diagnosis of injury, overuse problems, or disease, by non surgical means. A Physiotherapist is also skilled at giving in depth advice on the management of these problems. This may include advice on whether to rest, exercise, apply ice, or use a brace for example. As well as ‘hands on’ techniques, Physiotherapists are often trained in other treatment means such as manipulation, electrotherapy, acupuncture and injection therapy.
Joanne Kingston has been involved in Physiotherapy for high class junior and senior athletes for many years. Indeed, all of the Physiotherapists at JK Physio have a keen interest in sports and they work closely with our an in-house sports masseur to offer the very best treatment solutions.

How we are helping our patients during the Coronavirus Pandemic: 20 May 2020
We are currently working through a thorough risk assessment in preparation for re-opening our clinics in the near future. In the meantime we are still offering:
ONLINE VIDEO AND PHONE CONSULTATIONS
For all existing and new patients
By using a formal video consultation, we can assess, advise, check exercises and modify and send new exercise protocols with videos. There will be a charge of £25 for 15 mins including exercise prescription with video links, and hopefully this will serve as a solution in such difficult times.
As well as offering this to existing patients we will be offering this to any new patients that need help and advice, and to anyone who has a problem that you feel is an emergency. Here's what one of our client's said: "A huge thank you for adapting and offering online sessions. They have been invaluable in providing the continuity of care I need and are very interactive. Please can we keep as an option post Covid".
This course of action is also being supported by AXAPPP and BUPA, and you will be able to claim in the usual manner.
If you would like to enquire about making an appointment once we are open, you have a problem which you feel is an emergency or if you would like further information and would like to book an online consultation please email us: firstname.lastname@example.org
Many thanks for your patience and support. I hope you are all keeping healthy and looking after yourselves. It is such a difficult and unfamiliar time for us all but with the benefits of technology we can still support you.
