JK Physio (Orpington) offers Pilates classes and 1 to 1 sessions. Pilates is a form of exercise for conditioning your ‘core’. By offering this popular form of exercise, we are able to help your body ‘retrain’ its deep abdominal and spinal muscles and so help alleviate aches and pains.
All exercises are tailored to your specific needs and this allows you to attend a class even with an ongoing injury.
Our classes are kept small to ensure the our instructor can check regularly and prevent any bad habits forming, and modify exercises for individuals as required. As such our Pilates classes are ideal for clients suffering with back pain and other Musculoskeletal conditions, and for those hoping to prevent or rehabilitate back and other injuries. The classes are held in Petts Wood on a Wednesday evening and a Thursday morning.
We can also offer 1-2-1 assessments at our Locksbottom clinic on Tuesdays.
