Welcome to JK Physio

JK Physio was set up by Jo Kingston in 1996 after a successful and extensive career within the NHS and with Elite sport.

Her wealth of experience, drive to offer answers, desire for successful treatment of pain and injury and always wanting to help people remain active, have been her overriding goals.

She strives to have a team of similarly skilled, compassionate and professional Physios who will work with you to understand and help you recover from injury or manage your pain, as best you can.

The team work closely with GP’s and Consultants to help drive the process of referral and investigation as necessary, and can advise accordingly. The team also have a strong belief in the benefits of ‘hands on’ Physio and the success gained when combined with the correct advice, exercise programme and investigations.

We can also offer in house Acupuncture, Pilates, Sports Massage, Podiatry and Diagnostic Ultrasound and Injection therapy.

WHAT OUR PATIENTS SAY

We take great pride in our clinic, and we welcome feedback on the treatment we offer.

I have been visiting the practise for many years and have always received first class treatment. Prompt appointments, courteous reception, but above all, I feel a lot better on leaving , and it lasts.
SIMON

Thank you for all your help, for your patience and tuition – I know more about bones and muscles than I did before – and massive thanks for the times I’ve left your treatment room in far less pain than I entered it!

LC

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you very much indeed for the progress you have made on my behalf. You have made such a big impact with the acupuncture and a common sense approach and I am really grateful.
